Cancellations received by midnight 15 days before the meeting date will be subject to an administration charge of £30 for a refund of the paid registration fee. Cancellations received after this date and up until 9.00 am the day before the meeting maybe entitled to a 50% refund of the paid registration fee at the discretion of the society officers.  Refund requests should be submitted in writing to admin@siva.ac.uk.

Should the meeting be cancelled by the Society for any reason, its liability will be limited to the refund of registration fees and dinner charges already paid to the Society by delegates.

Subsequent implementation of all techniques discussed and/or presented at the meeting is the sole responsibility of delegates. Views expressed are those of the speakers. All dosages mentioned must be checked prior to use.

We collect the following mandatory data during registration: name, place of work, email. We also collect data about your browser and internet (IP) address, and whether you have downloaded your certificate or any presentations offered only to members or delegates. We do not share this data with anyone but we analyse some aspects of it when we plan our annual meetings.

When booking a place at a meeting you will be asked to consent for your name to appear on the list of delegates which is visible only for delegates and trade. You will also be offered to consent for your email to be used to advertise future SIVA meetings. If you decline, you will only receive emails regarding your meeting attendance for a booked meeting.

SIVA members will receive communications concerning their membership. With their consent they will also receive occasional communications relating to Scientific Meetings and other similar matters.

SIVA keep no records of your method of payment as this is handled by our payment processor.
