Travel
Getting to Sandy Park...
By Train
Sandy Park has two rail stations in close proximity, both on the Avocet Line between Exeter and Exmouth. Travellers to and from Exeter are advised to alight at Digby & Sowton, whereas those travelling to or from Exmouth should use Newcourt. Both stations are clearly signposted from Sandy Park and are approximately a 15 minute walk away. Alternatively, Exeter’s two main rail stations, Exeter St David’s and Exeter Central are located approximately 5 miles from Sandy Park. Taxis are available at both stations with an approximate journey time of 15 minutes.

By Car
Sandy Park Conference Centre is conveniently located just off Junction 30 of the M5, making it easily accessible from across the UK.
From the North
If you are travelling from the North of England, follow the M5 motorway southbound towards Exeter.

Continue on the M5 until you reach Junction 30.

Exit the motorway and take the first left at the roundabout, following signs for Exeter / A376.

At the next roundabout, take the first exit, signposted for Sandy Park.

The conference centre is located just a short distance ahead on your left.
From the South
If you are travelling from the South (via Devon or Cornwall), follow the M5 motorway northbound towards Exeter.

Leave the M5 at Junction 30.

At the roundabout, take the fourth exit (effectively turning back on yourself), signposted for Exeter / A376.

At the next roundabout, take the first exit, following signs for Sandy Park.

The venue will be a short distance ahead on your left.
Parking
There is an onsite car park at car park at Sandy Park with over 500 spaces. Vehicle registrations are captured on arrival and departure by camera.
All visitors will need to enter their vehicle registration number at one of the machines in the car park.
There is no need to display the receipt in the vehicle once paid.
Visitors can top up at a machine or by ParkSmarter if overstayed.
Parking fees are a maximum of £8 per day.

By Air
Sandy Park Conference Centre is easily accessible from several regional and international airports.
Exeter Airport (Nearest)
Distance: Approximately 5 miles (10–15 minutes by car)
Exeter Airport is the closest option, offering domestic and a limited number of international flights.
From the airport, you can take a taxi directly to Sandy Park, which is the quickest and most convenient option.
Bristol Airport
Distance: Approximately 65 miles (around 1 hour 30 minutes by car)
Bristol Airport offers a wider range of UK and international flights.
From Bristol, you can hire a car or take a train to Exeter St Davids, followed by a short taxi journey to the venue.
London Airports (Heathrow & Gatwick)
Heathrow Distance: Approximately 160 miles (around 2.5–3 hours by car)
Gatwick Distance: Approximately 190 miles (around 3–3.5 hours by car)
London airports provide extensive international connections.
From Heathrow or Gatwick, you can travel by train to Exeter (via London Paddington) or hire a car and drive via the M4 and M5.
